What we do
Nine services, one crew,
one person accountable.
Most of these get subcontracted out by bigger outfits. Reni does them in-house, which is why the wood repair actually gets fixed instead of painted over.
Exterior Painting
Full prep, scrape, prime, and finish. Built to hold up to Michigan winters, not just to look good in July.
Cabinet Painting
A new kitchen for a fraction of a remodel. Degreased, sanded, sprayed to a hard factory-smooth finish.
Deck Staining
Washed, brightened, and sealed so the grain shows and the water beads off.
Power Washing
Siding, decks, drives, and walks. The step most painters skip and every good finish depends on.
Drywall Repair
Holes, cracks, water damage, and settling seams patched and textured to disappear.
Caulking
Sealing the gaps that let weather and drafts in. Cheap now, expensive later.
Wood Replacement
Rotted trim, fascia, and soffit cut out and replaced before it spreads. Painting over rot only hides it.
Siding Replacement
Damaged and failing siding swapped out, matched, and finished.

Wash, brighten, and seal. Based on a 200 sq ft deck.
